1. Scope of Services
" Sareen Consultant " provides the following services to its clients:
GST Registration
Income Tax Return
MSME Registration
EPF Withdrawal
Shop Act Apply
FSSAI Registration
Driving License
PAN Card Apply
Voter Card Apply
Website Development
Passport Apply
2. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide all necessary documents, information, and cooperation as requested by the Consultant to complete the services.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided.
The Client agrees to pay all fees and charges as outlined in this Agreement.
3. Fees and Payments
The fees for the Consultant's services will be as agreed upon in writing or verbally between the Consultant and the Client.
The Client agrees to pay the fees in full upon completion of the services or as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
All payments are to be made in Rupee (₹).
In case of late payment, the Consultant may charge a late fee.
4. Confidentiality
The Consultant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client in connection with the services.
The Consultant will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Client's prior written consent, except as required by law.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Consultant makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of the services.
The Consultant is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the Client.
The Consultant is not responsible for any delays or failures in the completion of the services due to circumstances beyond its control.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Consultant's liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to the Consultant.
The Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
8. Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason upon giving written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, the Consultant shall complete any outstanding services and the Client shall pay any outstanding fees.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
